Maybe my favorite of all the Prison Break scenes, though it does get a bit bloody. Jodi Lynn O'Keefe's character is trapped in some sort of dungeon and later interrogated by one of her captors. He takes the tape off her mouth and they exchange some dialouge. The tape is re-applied before the captor departs, but we see that she has managed to grab what appears to be a screw/nail or something. Later on in the episode, another of her captors appears to which she lets him know that she's done being a prisoner, kicks him down, stabs him in the head with the item she picked up earlier and then chokes him out. Like I said, a bit bloody but still a great scene.
