Cybill Shepherd is sleeping on a train when a group of people with evil intentions invade her room. She wakes up and tries to scream, but one of them puts a hand over her mouth. They carry her towards the window. with Cybill kick and struggling the whole way. As usually is the case with handgags though, Cybill escapes by biting down on the hand silencing her mouth.

Inspector Gadget Season 1 Episode 65

I'm sure Penny Gadget in distress scenes had many childhoods spinning. I never got into the show myself, but watched her clips later on. I can see why she had quite the impact on a lot of people's childhoods.

Romance Town Episode 8

More of the Asians and their affinity with green tape - not complaining of course. Here a woman finds herself at the wrong place and the wrong time when she walks in on two men committing a crime. They grab her and throw her into a closet, bound and gagged (with the aforementioned green tape). However, our damsel has no plans of throwing in the towel, busting out of the closet and giving us one of the best damsel hopping/tip-toeing sequences you'll see.

Bang Bang Cap 117

A very hot Brazilian is surprised in her nightgown by a couple of bandits who are looking to run off with some ill-gotten loot. After each side turns the tables on one another, the bandits get the final triumph and tie up the fiery damsel. We get treated to more of that with some cute and annoyed expressions from her. She's eventually rescued by another woman.

Vendus

A Canadian dark and humourous comedy that follows a woman who comes home and surprises a hit-man. Bondage follows of course as the hit-man ties the woman to a pole at first. She escapes after a while, but is recaptured with her being tied to a chair this time. She's also gagged with tape (with some words on it) wrapped around her head. I so love words on tape gags...they just make them hotter for me. She escapes again, this time for good and kills the hit-man with his own gun (which he
stupidly placed in the front of his pants).

Gang of Roses

Stacey Dash's second time around as a damsel has her captured about to be executed for her crimes in this female-driven western film Gang of Roses. When she is being read her list of crimes, she mouths off and is rewarded with a tight cleave gag. It also appears as if she attempts to spit at him, but the cleave gag may have blocked a large portion of it some of which ends up on her chin. The trap door opens below her and she struggles for her life while dangling, but her friends show up in the nick of time to save the day.

The Mask Season 2 Episode 9

Those cartoon damsels really know how to squirm and struggle eh? They can also mmph with the best of them too! Peggy from The Mask cartoon does both of those things exceptionally well in this scene.

The villain(ess) hiding in the back seat of the car with a chloroform cloth in hand trope never gets old. Unfortunately, the girl being chloroformed meets a tragic end :(

The Unit Season 2 Episode 7

The heroes are attempting to rescue a girl from some cult leader in this episode of the Unit. For some reason, she refuses the help  so the heroes are forced to shove a white cloth in her mouth and wrap another white cloth on top of it to create an OTM gag. She isn't restrained at any point. Another gag-only scene worth several looks.

Adriana Lima

If Adriana Lima isn't perfection, she's pretty damn close IMO.
