The heroes are attempting to rescue a girl from some cult leader in this episode of the Unit. For some reason, she refuses the help so the heroes are forced to shove a white cloth in her mouth and wrap another white cloth on top of it to create an OTM gag. She isn't restrained at any point. Another gag-only scene worth several looks.
