Pretty Little Liars Season 3 Episode 13

From the Pretty Little Liars episode "This is a Dark Ride." Lucy Hale's Aria Montgomery character is dressed up for a Halloween party aboard a moving train. Someone slips a drug into her drink and she passes out. When she comes to, she's bound and gagged with duct tape and sealed inside a crate. A lot of struggling ensues before she is finally able to knock over the crate and use a jutted out nail to partly remove. She does the rest of the work by blowing off the tape. In reality, she could have just used her taped-in-front hands to free her mouth, but it's just way, way, way hotter with the method she chose IMO.

Now if only Shay Mitchell can get a treatment similar to this - or better. I'm still holding out a ton of hope for that, be it on PLL or another show.

Halloween Night

Cute blonde is tied up only wearing short jean shorts. Her mouth is stuffed with a hanky, which lets face it she can spit out at anytime it appears but she chooses not to do so. There is a great scene where she struggles like hell to obtain the cell phone that's in her pocket with her bound hands.

Britt Robertson's character is chloroformed on an episode of the short-lived Secret Circle series. She is wearing a slutty and sexy bee outfit.

Harley Jane Kozak bound and gagged by a cable guy (who also doubles as a werewolf) in the episode titled "Halloween.

Batman Brave and The Bold Season 2 Episode 11

Batman brings along Zatanna to defeat an evil sorcerer or whatever. She manages to get him with one of her spells the first time, but when she attempts to do so again the villain uses his wand to seal her mouth with a purple cloth OTM. This is vital of course because Zatanna requires the use of her mouth to chant spells. She finally removes the gag only to find that a string of cloths connected together start pouring out of her mouth. The villain really did ensure that Zatanna's mouth was rendered useless. Batman soon knocks the wand out of the villain's hand, which conveniently flies right in the vicinty of Zatanna. She uses it to do away with the endless line of cloths and then breaks it.

God bless heroines with mouth-bases abilities.

Threshold season 1 episode 4

Nice little treat we get here. A woman wearing only a top and briefs is taken captive in her own homeby an escaped mental patient. He ties her up and gags her OTM with a cloth. Another fellow (presumably another villain) enters and fixes her gag to make it look like a cleave before continuing to search her home. She's rescued by the good guys soon after.

Mummies Alive

A mummy (?) girl  in distress. Hence the title of the show I suppose.

NCIS Season 1 Episode 9

The lovely and gothy-looking hottie Pauley Perrette is kidnapped after snooping about where she shouldn't in an early episode of NCIS. Shame the kidnapper didn't think to gag her though :(

Incidental Heroes episode 19

From a web series called Incidental Heroes. I think this was back in the Myspace days I don't mind black & white scenes but I would have preferred this to be in color.

The Sixth Sense ep 15

Asian lady with lots of lipstick is bound and cleave gagged by an evil older woman. Lipstick is seen on the gag, hence the "lots of lipstick" comment. The heroes arrive and overpower the older woman, but for some reason they don't untie the damsel..

Beaver Falls season 1 episode 4

Funny little scene here on the show Beaver Falls. A rather bitchy lady is kept tied up in a shed because they want to keep her away from her ex-boyfriend who's seeing someone...a little less bitchy. She's soon released, but not before angrily gagtalking up a storm. At one point, her gag is removed but then quickly placed back on because the guy didn't want any part of those choice words. Solid scene with some amusing dialogue thrown in too.
