A woman (Karen Duffy) is held in some sort of mental institution where scientists have altered her brain. A female scientist tries to reason with her but Duffy doesn't want to hear any of it and tries to strangle her. She's grabbed by a pair of muscle men who then restrain her to the bed. Cut to the next scene where she's being bound onscreen to a chair with velcro fabric straps strapping her wrists and elbows to the armrest. A hole is later drilled into her head and she slips into unconsciousness.
A lot of great close up shots of the white tape covering her mouth and (trying) to supress her screams.
