From the Pretty Little Liars episode "This is a Dark Ride." Lucy Hale's Aria Montgomery character is dressed up for a Halloween party aboard a moving train. Someone slips a drug into her drink and she passes out. When she comes to, she's bound and gagged with duct tape and sealed inside a crate. A lot of struggling ensues before she is finally able to knock over the crate and use a jutted out nail to partly remove. She does the rest of the work by blowing off the tape. In reality, she could have just used her taped-in-front hands to free her mouth, but it's just way, way, way hotter with the method she chose IMO.
Now if only Shay Mitchell can get a treatment similar to this - or better. I'm still holding out a ton of hope for that, be it on PLL or another show.
