The Closer Season 1 Episode 6
Kyra Sedgwick is suddenly gagged from behind in her apartment by an intruder. She struggles with him for a bit and during this we can see close ups of the tape gag. The struggle ends when Kyra pulls out a gun and rips the tape from her mouth.

Italian beauty is stripped down to her undergarments and gagged with an cloth OTM style and white tape wrapped around that (!). The bad guy threatens her with his gun before being saved by the good guys.

Blonde teen spends most of this episode tied and gagged with two bandanas. Plenty of good close ups for the viewer to enjoy.

Republic of Doyle Season 3 Episode 2
Shannon Tweed is experiencing both sides of DID in this episode. First, she is the one in control with a pair of hostages tied to beach chairs. There's a discussion about a debt, at which point one of the captives (now free) takes the liberty of knocking out Tweed with a cooler.
And now our captor is on the other side as a captive of her two former hostages and other visitors who make their way in. She is seated at a kitchen table, her hands tied with thin rope and her arms roped to the chair. Her mouth is silenced with duct tape, watching on at the visitors who don't seem overly concerned about her. There's some rather impatient mmphing from her later on. She does regain the upper hand when she escapes her bonds offscreen and holds her female captor at knifepoint from behind, while the discussion shifts to the money that is owed to her.

Plot revolves around a statue that a female jewel thief loses while being pursued. Since everyone is after it now, there's a good bet that she ends up restrained at some point which is exactly what happens - more than once too!

The Birds of Prey are all strung up above a shark tank, but Black Canary is the only one who gets a gag obviously to prevent her from doing serious damage with her potent Canary scream

Lead actress of this soap opera is abducted in a home invasion. That's a very nice green scarf she's got in between her lips there.
