A young Kristin Davis (I believe before her Sex and The City Days) stars in a late 90s
lifetime movie about a waitress who has psychic visions of murders before they happen. This lands her in trouble with the film's serial killer who kidnaps her to lure the detective who's been hot on his heels throughout. The hero does indeed show up to duke it out with the killer with Kristin watching the entire way, albeit taped to a chair and tape gagged obviously. She's finally able to pry loose from the tape restraints, grabs hold of a gun and shoots the killer.
