This is very much a tape gag-only scene from the movie No Right Turn. You have some plot about two women who cook up a scheme to rob some guy who's drugged out of his mind or something. That would obviously make this a ruse as part of said scheme. Anyway, forget all of that and enjoy yourself some tape gag-only goodness.
