I've heard of this show and it's apparently centered around a group of delinquents who develop superpowers. In this scene, we have one delinquent who has his girlfriend bound to the bed because she is controlling him. There is a good bit where she plays along and agrees to get it on with him..only for her to wrap her legs around his head and try to choke him out (3rd gif). He escapes by using his powers to drop a cup from a ledge above them and it hits her on the head.
This show's had a few good scenes from what I hear. I'll definitely return to this one.
