A vengeful woman welcomes Caity Lotz's character into her home, and doesn't waste any time knocking her out via pistol whip. She intends to kill her for having an affair with her husband.
When the heroes show up, she's bound and gagged with a washcloth held in place with a scarf. These kinds of gags are few and far between in mainstream scenes.
