This clip has multiple handgags, but if I'm not mistaken this is the only one with a woman being on the receiving end of one. Here, said woman is suddenly handgagged by the female accomplice while the male forces her to sign some contract or agreement of sorts. Some pretty good struggling and resistance going on here - you can see that the villainess has to work to keep her grip.
