Two scenes from this movie that gave me that tingly feeling inside me: This is one of them. The gothy roommate (Danielle Harris) of the main heroine (Alicia Witt) is chatting with someone on the internet and is suddenly grabbed from behind by the killer and shoved onto her bed. When the heroine opens the door, the killer clamps a hand over Harris mouth to keep her from alerting Witt's character of the danger. The room is dark and Witt goes to turn the light on, but decides not to after remembering an instance earlier in the movie where she walked in on her roommate having sex with someone. She just figured the same is taking place here and decides to leave them alone. Unfortunately for her roommate, she dies briefly after more struggling with the killer.
There is a DID scene with Witt's character at the end which I will get to at some point.
