Popeye's girlfriend Olive Owl is tied up and gagged by a witch/sorceress who intends to impersonate her for a date with Popeye. Olive furiously protests the situation under her gag. The pet vulture is tasked with keeping watch over Olive while the impostor is on the date. Olive is able to escape when she is ungagged (we don't get to see the ungagging) and putting the vulture to sleep with a lullaby.
