This straight-to-video Van Damme action flick did have a treat for its viewers in the form of super adorable Linzey Cocker (insert dirty joke regarding actress's last name here) bound and gagged by Van Damme and his henchmen. The plot invovles missing drugs or some other unorginal, rehashed plot we've all seen before...but the only thing I'm fixated on is the girl's lips forming an outline through the tape gag. She only lets out maybe 1-2 mmphs, but does some beautiful emoting with her eyes to make up for that.
